Statewide Technology Assessments: Hawaii (Polynesians - 7 Community Colleges), North Dakota (5 Tribal Colleges), Alaska (College of Rural Alaska 7 Tribes), the Navajo Nation (4 states - AZ, NM, CO, & UT) & New Mexico (19 Pueblo Nations)
Infrastructure Development: Dine' College (formerly Navajo Community College) in Shiprock, NM, Southwest Indian Polytechnic Institute (SIPI) in Albuquerque, NM, Montana Consortium in Montana and the "first" Sovereign Tribal Network Design submitted to the Department of Commerce - Economic Development Administration for funding consideration.
Technology Assessments for Schools & Tribes: Rough Rock Community Schools (AZ), Rock Point Community School (AZ), Leech Lake Chippewa Tribal College (MN), Turtle Mountain Chippewa Tribe (ND), Tesuque Pueblo (NM), Navajo Nation (AZ, NM, CO, & UT), DQ University at Sycuan (17 Kumeyaay Bands in CA, USA & Baja California, Mexico), & Isleta Gaming Palace (NM).
Virtual Online Schools: Western Governors University (WGU), was working to create a Virtual Pueblo University, and working on the HPC Online, a web-based training site for High Performance Computing (HPC) by the Alliance (NCSA) Partners for Advanced Computational Services (PACS). Kumeyaay Community College: Online at the Sycuan Band of Kumeyaay Nation for 12 Kumeyaay Bands in California, USA & 5 Kumeyaay Bands in Baja California, Mexico.
